Job Description:
• M&E works with coordination interfacing with Architectural / Structure
• Monitor job progress and ensure that M&E contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions;
• Ensure all M&E work is carried outwithin established budgets and schedules;
• Liaising with consultant to ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.
• Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage internal and external M&E contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.
• To M&E coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers to execute contract works.
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Handling administrative work, site inspection and safety matters on site
• Assist in M&E planning, schedule and technical support to M&E Manager
*- Assist for submission,evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager
