- Strategise branding positions with Marketing
- Planning product line-up & unique selling points (USP) of all car models
- Identify & evaluate areas of improvements for Sales Department
- Reviewing & improving showrooms to enhance retail experience
- Planning & recruiting manpower requirements
- Setting price, promotions and plans to increase both sales volumes & contributions
- Monitoring and coaching to ensure Financing and Insurance and Trade In penetration targets are met.
- Ascertain, review and implement Sales Incentives/commissions for Sales Consultants
- Strategise & monitor sales & contributions’ progress to meet Financial Year (FY) targets
- Manage stock inventory & improve stock turnover
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analysis and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints to improve customer’s experience
- Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
- 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possesses strong sales flair
- Strong Leadership and Sales management skills
