As a Senior Staff Nurse – Medical Surgical Ward, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Aiding in the daily ward rounds.
- Evaluate patients' health concerns and requirements.
- Monitor vital signs of patients.
- Execute nursing care plans.
- Document and maintain patients' medical records.
- Offer information to patients and their families to aid comprehension of their treatment.
- Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
- Must be SNB Registered Nurse.
- Able to commit shift duties.
