Job Responsibilities:
Ø Complete maintenance jobs in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency.
Ø Must have rotating equipment service maintenance experience in process industry
Ø Review and assign work to maintenance employees
Ø Maintain schedule compliance and priority
Ø Supply reporting to the maintenance coordinator on repair jobs including consumption of tools, materials, man hours and skills
Ø Develop and execute training plan for maintenance workers
Ø Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial guidelines
Requirements:
Ø Promote communication as well as good relations between the production and the maintenance departments
Ø Must have possession of relevant technical knowledge
Ø Must possess clerical ability
Ø Candidate must have at least a NTC or Diploma degree.
Ø Minimum 5+ years of experience in related operations
