The job scope includes but not limited to.
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations and administration processes
- Responsible for payroll processing; assist in Employee Claims and Leaves matter
- Roster Management for Employees
- Manage claims and invoices
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Manage Foreign Worker Related Matter (e.g.: Work Pass applications/Renewal/Cancellations)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirement
- Degree in Human resource or equivalent
- Prior experience in healthcare and recruitment would be advantageous.
