Responsibilites:
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service excellence within the team, emphasizing the delivery of unparalleled service experiences.
- Ensure the consistent provision of exceptional customer service in accordance with established company standards and expectations.
- Provide comprehensive oversight of cash desk procedures to uphold transactional efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize resources, focusing on cost minimization through strategies such as workforce optimization and effective supplier management.
- Foster and nurture productive external business partnerships as required to enhance operational efficiency and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in and adherence to store replenishment standards to maintain optimal product availability and presentation quality.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with merchandising and furniture display guidelines to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing store aesthetic.
- Exercise control and oversight over inventory management, including items in transit and those stored in the stockroom, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Uphold and reinforce store image standards by overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring adherence to window dressing guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Experience in supervising of staff.
- Candidate should be independent with a pleasant personality.
- Team player with strong customer and quality focused.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (shift work)
- Have experience in working for luxury boutique is a plus
