Accounts Executive (MCST)
Key Responsibilities
- You are required to perform accounting and finance functions for a group of MCST properties and report directly to the Accounts Manager. Your duties consist of the following: -
- Carry out accounting and administrative functions for a group of MCST properties assigned.
- Maintaining and preparing full set of accounts
- Preparation of GST schedules for quarterly lodgement
- To prepare invoices, collect fees & charges and interest due/ owing to the MCSTs and the relevant entities.
- Conduct arrears management and follow up actions.
- Monitor and co-ordinate with the on-site accounts/administrative staff in the submission of invoices and relevant supporting records.
- To manage the clients’ bank accounts and arrange for payments to the relevant parties.
- To perform some administrative functions and support the Portfolio Manager in-charge of the properties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting with 1 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts preferably with MCST
- Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.
- Meticulous, resourceful & motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
