Job Responsibilities:
- Manage individualized cases by conducting case conceptualizations, setting goals and intervention plans, conducting monthly individual and family sessions, and reviewing progress towards goals.
- Collaborate closely with Probation Officers (POs), Child Protection Officers (CPOs), and other stakeholders, including families, schools, and employers. Develop partnerships with stakeholders, such as existing and prospective employers, schools, CSO agencies, pro-social communities for reintegration efforts, and community partners.
- Conduct therapeutic group sessions for clients, which may include evening timings (7-9 pm).
- Prepare for, attend, and present cases at Internal and External Case Reviews to provide updates on intervention progress.
- Document casework and prepare reports according to licensing requirements.
- Work with the Hostel Operations & Development Department to provide essential information for scheduling daily movements.
- Support other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
