Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing healthcare institutions’ claims for discretionary assistance for patients’ cancer drug treatments, before the funds are disbursed.
- Drafting recommendations on whether to accede to appeals from patients to make exceptional MediSave withdrawals for their cancer drug treatments, and computing the applicable withdrawal quantums.
- Collaborate and/or communicate with policy and clinical groups within the organization, healthcare institutions, other public agencies, and members of the public in managing these appeals.
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/ Words/ Power Point.
- Empathy and communication skills would be an advantage.
