As a Senior / HR Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Arrange and conduct interviews, and assist with onboarding new employees, including signing contracts and explaining terms and conditions
- Support the preparation and filing of employee contracts, re-contracts, and related documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system
- Manage applications and renewals of all work passes.
- Administer employee medical benefits, including submitting insurance claims and filing for Government-Paid Leave
- Address general staff inquiries.
- Coordinate medical checkups for onboarding and contract renewals.
- Ensure timely reporting of Work Injury Insurance claims.
- Recommend and support process changes and improvements in HR operations.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Provide reports and data
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma in any discipline or experience in relevant field.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant HR experience and possess good knowledge of Employment Act, Work Passes, etc.
