- Compile and prepare reports and other documents as required by the Client/Supervisor/Site Team
- Assist the site team in updating the Drawings/Document Register with all drawings/documents received on site, ensuring that drawings are updated
- Maintain filing system
- Responsible for site office daily administrative works including submission, application and getting approval of site passes from relevant authorities
- Set up filing system and keep all files and correspondences
- Request stationery and maintain of site office and equipment
- Send out/receive all documents
- Coordination between HQ, Site Team and Client for site access, transport arrangement, onboarding of new staff, etc
- Set up of new workstations
- Collation, verification and submission of timesheet in timely manner (including OT timesheet)
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Min. O level certificate
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in document management
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good document control and administrative skills
- Knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at speadsheets and file management system
- Positive, proactive and willing to take up challenging tasks
- Able to work independently
- 42.5 hours work week ( 5 days per week)
