Duties & Responsibilities
General Finance Duties
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR), payroll, CPF, HR, GST & tax matters
- Maintenance of proper accounting records & filing system
- Handle petty cash & expenses
- Liaising with Group Finance Executives and auditors & preparing statements for yearly audit
- preparing quotations for civil work.
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. O levels with accounting, or any diploma, degree
- Min. 0-2 years relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Strong sense of integrity, responsibility with a positive attiturde
- Meticulous and very detailed- oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Xero
