Responsibilities :
- Manage storage and safekeeping of spare parts in storerooms.
- Sort, pick, and pack spare parts daily to ensure correct storage.
- Assist with day-to-day supply chain operations (e.g., part exchanges, distribution).
- Check incoming/outgoing spare parts against documents.
- Inspect and test spare parts for order and condition.
- Prepare and manage various documents (e.g., handover forms, reports).
- Maintain cleanliness and safe conditions in storerooms.
- Stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Print and apply asset labels to spare parts.
- Configure repaired/new spare parts for operational readiness.
- Track parts movement and update asset information in the maintenance management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- ITE or Higher NITEC in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field.
- Singapore Class 3 Driving License
- Basic computer skill & knowledge required (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Possess strong ability and accuracy in terms of receiving and processing instructions/information.
- Able to work well with minimum supervision and possess good teamwork and communication skills.
