Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Field Application Engineers in customer engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and resources.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of customer projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in post-sales technical support for audio visual products is preferred.
- Prior experience in automation programming will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audio-visual systems and equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
