Job Description:
- Assist Engineering Dept and Plant, plan and execute development activities at plants to meet the required schedule and quality
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from development to production
- Actively explore modernisation of the plants’ production processes/ facilities so as to fine-tune, optimise and streamline production operations to achieve throughput and quality, while reducing manpower requirement
- Develop technical drawings and work with production to develop process drawings.
- Design tooling and gauges during product development phase.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Aerospace Engineering
- Experience in managing production operations
- Comfortable to work with energetics, prior experience working with energetics-related products is a plus
- Team player, independent, self-motivated and ability to work under stress
