Tasks & responsibilities
- 50% hunter , 50% farming for Air Freight.
- Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
- Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.
- Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to FF Sales leader.
- Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs, Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
- Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
- Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers
- Act as customer’s main point of contact to ensure the issue raised are dealt appropriately and be proactive for account management
- Maintain good relationship with customers and internal teams
- Support project or assignment as assigned by Superior
