· Provide on-site persons to provide for physical needs of environment at the direction of remote management staff (i.e, equipment hard reboot, check light status, change media, check cable)
· Run and Monitor Data Centre (DC) Operations Process
· Call handling related to DC Operations, raise tickets and assigned to Tech Support
· Privileged ID administration
· Cabinet and Rack Keys management
· Backup Operations, Backup Schedule, Recovery Operations
· Visual Checking on the equipment status, perform escort duties for vendor to enter the data center
· Power recycling/hard reboot of the equipment
· Patch point connection verification
· Connect/disconnection of cable
· Connect to a console port on customer equipment, labelling of equipment
