Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager/Executive Director, the incumbent supports the entire team with day-to-day operations in admin and accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Admin Duties
· Answering phone, and customer service inquiries, etc
· General day-to-day administration
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
· Min. O levels with accounting, or Any diploma, Degree
· Min. 0-2 years relevant experience
· Able to work independently
· Strong sense of integrity, and responsibility with a positive attitude
· Meticulous and very detailed-oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Xero
