Angle have partnered with a leading shipping company in the search for a dedicated Quality Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore.
As a designated Management Representative for Quality Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the designated Management Representative for Quality Management, overseeing the conformity of the Quality Management System (QMS) with relevant standards and requirements.
- Partner with Compliance/Legal departments to ensure compliance with ISO 37001 accreditation requirements.
- Manage the Group Management Framework (GMF) compliance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Facilitate Management Review meetings, analyze audit findings, and incorporate learnings to enhance QMS.
- Provide oversight and guidance on changes impacting QMS, ensuring compliance with Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Strategize, develop, and implement HSSE Management Programme in collaboration with Corporate HSSE team.
- Perform crisis management responsibilities as required by the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and Head of Corporate HSSE.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
- Professional Certification: Lead Auditor certification. Project Management certification is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Incident Investigations, Risk Assessments, and Change Management.
- Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of QMS requirements and ISO standards.
- Skills and Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in computer use.
