Job Title: Software Technical Manager / Technical Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Technical Manager/Technical Lead to oversee the architecture design and development for wireless devices and consumer electronics. This role involves leading the full product software development cycle, including planning, design, coding, test development, design validation, integration, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Development in new Project RFQ activities and assess technical feasibility.
- Lead the technical evaluation, architecture design, and development of complex projects.
- Guide project teams in proposing technical solutions for customers and team members.
- Support new platform development initiatives.
- Review and manage third-party subcontractor deliverables.
- Conduct innovation and new technology research.
Minimum Academic Requirement
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude Requirements
Administrative:
- At least 6 years of prior technical experience.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Technical:
- Extensive software programming experience, preferably in Android/Linux/RTOS.
- Knowledge of network, AI, audio/visual DSP, MMI, and cloud-based/AWS solutions.
- Experience with various software development life cycles and processes.
- Ability to propose software architecture with a strong foundation in embedded hardware.
Others:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated mentorship abilities.
