Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
· Attend site survey, tender briefing before tendering the project.
· Taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender.
· Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurement
· Prepare cost analysis and obtaining contractor’s quotation for various trade, quantity take-off for tenders and submissions, including Bill of Quantity
· Prepare for final submission and follow up with tender questionnaire reply and interview
· Monitoring cost budget and cost control to project budget
· Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements the client are delivered
Requirement:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent relevant qualification
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the interior design and build industry.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment and interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.
