Job Responsibilities:
- Support review of client's functional competency framework:
- Reduce number of functional competencies and updating in excel templates for uploading into HR system
- Re-organise of functional competencies according to latest organisation structure
- Support digitalisation project for physical P-files:
- Sorting and organising of documents to digitalise
- Tagging and categorising of the digital p-files
- File organisation of the digital p-files in the correct locations
- Support other administrative tasks, where needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Strong familiarity with MS Excel
- Able to work well in teams and independently with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Good communication and written skills
Working Arrangement:
8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
