JOB DESCRIPTION
- Underwriting the risk, servicing and ensuring the risk is accepted in accordance to Underwriting Guide and within Code of Practice.
- To ensure that the renewal management duties assigned is completed within code of practice standards.
- Manage assigned scheme partners including servicing and maintaining good relations with the partners / intermediaries.
- Provide support and build good relations with the intermediaries, with the aim to grow the business.
- Follow up actions where there is discrepancy in declared NCD and claims experiences
- Product Review including support the implementation for the agreed changes including system customization, changes on brochures, policy wordings, rolling out to partners
- Work alongside with the HOD/manager to achieve division top line and bottom line.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Diploma holder in any discipline or equivalent
- Mandatory: Certification in General Insurance - BCP and PGI
EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SET REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general insurance industry
