Responsibilities:
· To receive goods procured, and maintain a daily record of all mail and deliveries received.
· To assist the Relief Team in monitoring staff attendance and daily attendance of contract staff.
· To assist in printing services for all staff, including printing/photocopy worksheets, circulars, notes, and other materials required.
· General administrative and front desk duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-year experience in customer service and office administration.
· Meticulous, able to work independently and have an eye for detail
· Familiar with IT word processing and spreadsheet applications such as MS Word and Excel.
· Adept at handling office equipment, e.g. laminating and binding machines, and photocopiers.
