Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the technical team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal security system installations.
- Design and develop security system architectures and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
- Degree or Nitec in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security solutions industry.
- Prior experience managing and leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
