Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from a variety of digital marketing channels, such as social media, paid search, email marketing, website analytics, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Create short video content for TikTok & Instagram Reels, including conceptualizing, filming, and editing.
- Host and manage livestreams on social media platforms for launches and online sales, engaging and communicating face-to-face with the camera and audience.
- Ensure the proper implementation and tracking of digital marketing tags and pixels, such as Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues for accurate data collection.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Piwik, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Experience using data visualization tools and techniques like Power BI.
- Genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating and editing short-form video content, as well as hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
- Previous experience in live-streaming, hosting, or sales is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software like HubSpot, Dotdigital, or Salesforce.
