Job Purpose
To lead a team of engineers to deliver successgful process transfers from development stage to mass production and meeting all KPIs set
Job Description
- Lead and drive process transfer projects to meet key process/product qual milestones set e.g. Tapeouts (NTO/RTO), PRS matching, ERA, WAT/yield matching, HTOL/ESD/Latchup etc
- Co-work with transfer team and drive modules to deliver roubst integrated process to enable a successful production volume ramp from development/pilot stage
- Key Fab inteface role working directly with customers to address their needs, product performance in terms of WAT/yield, conference calls and customers audits etc
- To support Fab needs/challenges and capacity ramps as ECCP/MRB Chairperson to assess and evaluate tools quals and process changes without quality issue
- Facilitate and own process FMEA, PCP etc for all process in different tech nodes
- Drive SPC review and CITs with modules/QA on inline and WAT CP/CPK/OOC performancews to meet Fab and customer's index
- Key technical role in cases of daily and esp. major quality events in terms of risk assessment and proposed SOTE to customer if needed
- To lead and coach a team of engineers and AEs to meet both Fab and customers' expectations and goals set
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge
- A minmum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in technology development, product transfer or process integration related scope
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and comfortable liaising with Mandarin Speaking Counterparts from Taiwan
- Strong leadership capability and able to drive cross-teams to deliver common goals
- Independent, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic result driven environment
- Possess strong analytical and planning skills to manage and executve key transfer programs/proejcts well
