Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations (stores)
- Regular store visits to review operations
- Prepare promotion mechanic to coordinate promotional activities
- Liaising effectively with the Departmental Store’s buyers
- Manage and supervise team to meet the targeted goals
- Prepare and submit operational reports and statistics in a timely manner to track performance
- Plan to deploy of manpower effectively to ensure adequate staff coverage
- Provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
- Conduct interviews to recruit suitable candidates
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experiences.
- Able to support OT during events (3-4 times a year).
