Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the finance team by providing technical guidance and direction.
- Oversee all aspects of financial and statutory reporting, ensuring timely monthly closing and adherence to company policies, international accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and shared services on manpower cost management, operational expense control, cash flow optimization, performance management, all aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Implement and maintain efficient processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and cash flow management.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and simplify finance processes.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects, new tasks, process development, and system implementations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with a strong background in overall finance management.
- Proven experience leading a team in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector or with SAP a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to partner effectively with colleagues across disciplines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a meticulous focus on accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
