Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects across all trades, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and multi-trade. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support projects from initiation to completion
- Liaise with project managers/directors, clients, and workers to ensure effective communication
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to resolve problems and find solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations
- Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor resources
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Diploma in any discipline, preferbly civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of local governement agencies regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and email applications
