Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
- Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s aesthetic products and services
- Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
- Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
- 5 days work week
Requirements
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Beauty Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Resourceful, service-oriented, good management skill
- Good leadership skills, excellent communications, interpersonal skill and customer service attitude.
- Ability to handle customer’s requests and complaints with grace
