- Responsible to ticket sales and marketing
- Attend to clients’ travel enquiries and requests via phone and emails professionally
- Ensure all travel documentations, including quotations, ticket issuance and billings are processed accurately
- To provide information on visa requirements and assist with applications in a timely manner
- Understand clients travel requirements and propose appropriate itineraries at competitive prices
- To build and sustain excellent working relationships with clients through outstanding customer services and supports
- Handling of special interest groups
- Ad-hoc duty assigned
Job Requirement:
- Have knowledge of any of the ticketing systems such as Amedeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc is preferred
- Diploma in any field
- Have knowledge on computer operations
- At least 1 year of working experience in travel corporate ticketing environment
- Service-oriented, mature and pleasant personality
- Able to work independently
