- Position : CAD Drafter (Construction/A&A/5 Days) – Up to $4,000 + Bonus
- Location : East - Aljunied
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Travel Reimbursable

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare all drafting works as directed
- Receive, distribute, record, and file all drawings
- Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Supersede and updated the current revision status
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Creating construction drawings and documents using CAD/Revit Software
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Architecture with minimum of one year working experience in Singapore.
- Great team player with pro-active attitude.
