CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Raffles Employment Pte. Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
  • Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails, phone calls and live chat
  • Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
  • Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
  • Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
  • Promote Web Ordering System to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
  • Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
  • 24-hour standby is required to handle the urgent events of cargo
