RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails, phone calls and live chat
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
- Promote Web Ordering System to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
- 24-hour standby is required to handle the urgent events of cargo
