Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the checking and design of mechanical works from concept to detailed design and provision of QP supervisory works for projects
· Endorsement of the authorities’ submissions, supervision & apply for certificate of completion as Professional Engineer (Mechanical) for the projects undertaken by company.
· Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.
· Able to perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders
· Carry out project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively
· Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works
· Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants
Requirements:
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
· Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer
· Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry
· Experience in both construction management and design
· Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
