Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to arrange transportation and shipping activities.
- Optimize logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and improve customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in logistics management practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of customer service role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing industry.
