Job Title: Front Desk Support (Islandwide), up to 2 years contract, $2000-$2600
Job Scope
- Conduct telemarketing and survey with customers
- Meet personal and company key performance indicators
- Provide quality customer service, and provide prompt follow-up with customers over phone/email
- Listen to customers' needs, seek to understand the root of their issues and the intent of their queries
- Resolve their queries efficiently, offer alternative solution and/or escalate issues promptly
- Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas to improve performance
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' levels and above
- Prior experience with outbound calls and front desk management preferred
- Basic proficiency with Excel and Word
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to project a pleasant disposition to customers over the phone
- Organised, self-motivated and resulted-oriented
- Good teamwork, sense of urgency and work well under pressure
