Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play
This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure fulfillment of ad-hoc assignments. This includes:
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for timely billing of assignments
- Liaise with sales on quotations and deployment information
- Liaise with Operations for supporting documents needed for billing
- Liaise with customers on verification of data and billing
What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
