Responsibilities:
- Input or update information into trading system
- Filing/ Document Management
- Administrative support to the trading department
- Assist with market analysis, reports and presentations
- Prepare and execute commercial contracts and relevant documents
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Finance or Maritime Studies
- 2 years’ experience in oil trading industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Excellent communication skills.
