Basic salary: $2,200 to $2,500
Location: Loyang.
The Job
- Responsible for the real-time coordination of pick-up and drop-off of migrant workers from their dormitories.
- Handle enquiries from dormitory operators and employers on transportation and other services provided
- Work with the respective Operations Executives (OEs) at each sector to ensure conveyance is on schedule.
- Assist in the investigation and follow up on patient and client feedback.
- Where assigned, work closely with the duty Telemedicine doctor for on-site follow up for Tele-Medicine (TM) patients.
- Keep up to date with the various service components
- Submit reports to HQ and Stakeholders in a timely manner.
The Person
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a high-stress call centre environment, and/or transport coordination.
- Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with prior experience managing clinic management systems.
