Responsibilities:
- Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
- Build and maintain relationships with related parties
- Proposal creation
- Survey of global countries and preparation of reports, etc.
- Corporate analysis, financial analysis
- Case study research for surrounding projects
- Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract and Legal check
- Investment analysis
- Preparation of reports
- Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)
- Supervision of development projects
- Check financial results and reports
- Correspondence of new business/cooperation
- Managing return on investment including sale
- Support to overseas branch
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or MD
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in related field at a financial institution or fund management
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 & Above, speaking & writing) to liaise with Japanese counterparts & colleagues
- Understands how to read balance sheet of financial accounting report
