- As an operator handling inspection equipment, you will be responsible for production based on production plans, operation and shutdown, maintenance, and addressing and recovering from simple equipment and quality issues to ensure stable operation of the manufacturing equipment.
- Additionally, your tasks will include performing customer specification-based sorting inspections, lot configuration according to shipping forms, packaging, and creating inspection sheets.
- Receive and inspect products.
- Operate and shut down equipment.
- Perform routine inspection tasks.
- Handle quality and equipment issues and communicate these.
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured items.
- Fill out various logs and system entries.
- Operate the system (line monitor) to check progress.
- Replace materials.
- Replace consumables such as filters.
- Perform tool changes and other tasks when switching between product types.
- Store materials appropriately and manage inventory.
- Set operational conditions.
- Conduct maintenance on equipment based on the plan.
- Schedule shipments and create detailed shipping information.
- Issue labels and handle lot splitting operations.
- Consistently perform visual inspections using stereo microscopes and magnifying glasses.
- Additionally, as a specialist task, perform visual inspections to determine defects using a PC terminal while checking with stereo microscopes and the naked eye.
- Work alongside factory automation equipment such as Autonomous Mobile Robots.
