We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Field Executive to join our client, located in the west of Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the oil and gas industry and will excel in identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts.
- Travel extensively within the west of Singapore to meet clients face-to-face.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of the energy engineering sector, particularly in industrial maintenance, plant revamps, upgrades, and shutdown services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
