BIM Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a BIM Manager. If you have a passion for leading in BIM implementation, standards, modeling workflows, and methodologies, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to implement BIM based on project needs.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Ensure project requirements are met and delivered successfully.
• Manage design development, contract documentation, and project meetings.
• Monitor and ensure timely drawing submissions.
• Coordinate BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Certification in BIM Management.
• 4-8 years of experience in BIM Management.
• Strong engineering knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and specifications.
• Resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
