Job Title: Customer Service (ID9057)
Location: Ubi
Working Hour: 830am – 530pm (Mon-Fri)
Basic Salary: 2200-2800

Job Description:
• Planning of daily works for field service personnel
• Allocate and assign resources (Service Vehicles/Assistant personnel
• Scheduling of routine and planned works; inclusive of submission of required Permit to Work, personnel list, Site or safety induction courses and other necessary documentation prior to works done on site
• Handling phone calls and enquiries
•Generate jobs and creates quotations.
• Coordinate works with external contractors such as joint fire alarm testing/inspections, structure and pivot works etc.
• Collate necessary documents for finance submission (Invoice and billings) – Job sheet,
store slips and forms, necessary SOR , contractor invoice, clients PO or acknowledgment etc.
Requirement:
Minimum 1-year exp in customer service
