Job Description & Requirements
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
promoting the increase of purchases from existing customers
Actively working towards meeting the company's sales targets by sourcing and securing new sales
Establish and grow customer relationships that promotes good value and mutual benefits
To communicate, manage, and oversee customer complaints or feedback
To effectively organize sales/ account management meetings with customers or prospects.
Support the development of strategies, plans, and marketing materials to promote the company's business,
To support the fulfilment of agreements between the company and the customers.
To protect the profitability and brand of the company by proposing and reviewing sales
To work with other departments and the management to establish or enhance existing
To prepare, record, communicate, and report the individual sales efforts,to the management
To ensure the required documentations to facilitate sales are obtained, and to support the company's efforts of retrieving receivables from clients.
