Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate and execute Corporate and MICE events.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and tours for potential clients to showcase our facilities.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel's corporate and MICE offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the local corporate and MICE market is a plus.
