· Minimum 4 years of experience in the following technical platforms:
o Operating Systems: Linux, Unix and/or Windows
o Middleware Technologies: BMC Control-M, Axway CFT/Secure Trasnsport/Sentinel
o Monitoring and Data analytics tools: OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos
o Scripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Python, PowerShell, perl
· Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
· Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
o Docker/Kubernetes, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and logical skills.
· Customer oriented and a strong team player.
· Ability to work in a team and individually.
