What Will You Do:
- To be responsible for brand development work including developing marketing strategies and plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships and event management.
- To oversee the CRM infrastructure and platform and ensure it works seamlessly across the company and for customers.
- To plan and deliver CRM strategies to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty.
- To develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business and take charge of the tactical execution of the brand’s marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.
- To coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.
- To collaborate with Operations team to develop brand positioning and marketing plans.
- To develop and deliver presentations pitch to Landlords and key stakeholders during key stakeholders’ meetings.
- To lead the branding team and work closely with key stakeholders that include internal and external tenants, Operations and F&B team to develop and execute creatives projects, brand marketing and sponsorships.
- To manage and lead the team in delivering and implementing campaigns and projects.
- To monitor and improve ROI.
- To prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.
What Do You Need:
- Must have a Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or similar
- Must have at least 7 years’ relevant brand management, marketing and CRM experience
- Must have experience in the F&B/ FMCG industry
