Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to provide exceptional support to estate residents.
- Execute daily estate inspections to ensure high-quality standards of horticulture and property maintenance.
- Implement necessary improvement works based on inspection findings to enhance property standards.
- Manage and promptly address residents' and tenants' feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Handle arrears cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in compliance with financial policies.
- Oversee routine maintenance tasks to maintain the property's condition and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for efficient property maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, feedback, and arrears cases to ensure thorough documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
